As an organisation committed to excellence, we have never sat on our laurels.We continue to supply professional cooking wines, cooking spirits, cooking cider, cooking ale, cold brew coffee and food service vinegars specifically for professional kitchens, commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, food manufacturers and wholesalers throughout the UK.
Our journey started with Cooking Wine when we were able to provide chefs with access to genuine wine for cooking at a 40% saving compared to bottled equivalents.
Today we continue to supply food wholesalers, catering suppliers, restaurants, food manufacturers and professional chefs with around 100,000 litres of wholesale cooking wine every week

Part of our growth strategy has always been to maintain complete control over our production processes. To achieve this, we built our own food processing facility in Ringwood, Hampshire in 2015.
Our production site operates under BRCGS AA certification, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
